Privacy Policy

Any information collected from consumers or businesses will be used solely for marketing or internal use by folioflare and will not be shared with any third party without permission from the source.

Customer Satisfaction Policy

Any work performed by folioflare, whether through contracted or employed entities, will be backed by the folioflare "Customer Satisfaction Guarantee". This guarantee states that if any work commissioned by the consumer or employing organization is not satisfactory it shall be corrected within reason without further expense until satisfaction is attained. If satisfaction is not attainable, a refund of not more than 50% of the agreed upon price for the project shall be returned to the customer.
Legal counsel regarding such issues should not be necessary. If the customer believes such measures are required, folioflare defers all court and legal expenses to the customer or entity in pursuit of such services.

Monthly Customer Recognition

Each month folioflare honors one of its customers by spotlighting them on our home page. Selection is made based on total invoicing for the month. The customer purchasing the most during the prior month will be our featured customer for the following month.
